In Budapest, street furniture was dressed in football colours. Surrounded by goal nets, wrapped in an intense blue visual and laid with artificial turf, the bus shelter imagined by Powerade and JCDecaux recreated a football pitch down to the smallest detail. The seats were turned into footballs and the panels highlighted the brand’s products, immersing passers‑by in the world of the FIFA World Cup.

More than just a place to wait, this open‑air stadium became a fully fledged experiential space. Travellers were invited to step into the Powerade universe and sit on the “players’ bench”. Thanks to a dedicated interface, they could vote for their favourite position on the pitch and scan a QR code to enter a prize draw and try their luck at winning rewards.
