JCDecaux is a French family-owned company that was created in 1964. Its founder, Jean-Claude Decaux, pioneered a new urban services sector and a unique business model that finances infrastructure through advertising. As well as serving the public, JCDecaux aims to be a sustainable media company in cities, transport hubs and retail spaces.
Our mission is to create sustainable products and services that benefit cities, residents and visitors, transport companies and airports, funded through best-in-class advertising: bus shelters, self-service bicycle schemes, passenger information panels and mobile charging terminals... JCDecaux works continuously to ensure that advertising makes a positive contribution within an ambitious framework of social and environmental policy.
