Advertisers are able to harness the additional impact and engagement delivered by JCDecaux Innovate alongside their standard JCDecaux campaigns. Last year, there were close to 1,500 Innovate campaigns throughout the JCDecaux Group.

Every month, JCDecaux employees vote for the best Innovate campaign internally. The campaign from JCDecaux Netherlands for Nestlé Kit Kat was voted best Innovate campaign of the month for September 2013.

To promote the launch of the latest Google software for mobile devices, called Android Kit Kat and in partnership with the famous chocolate biscuit brand, JCDecaux Innovate Netherlands and Kit Kat offered people the possibility to win the latest Google Nexus 7 tablet. How? Doing nothing but just having a break.

JCDecaux Netherlands launched this campaign in Amsterdam and Utrecht where the brand encouraged passers-by to «take a break» sitting on some special seats. Lucky winners who took a break at precisely the right moment won a Nexus 7 tablet, delivered by a Kit Kat messenger on his red scooter.
