Advertisers are able to harness the additional impact and engagement delivered by JCDecaux Innovate alongside their standard JCDecaux campaigns. Last year, there were close to 1,500 Innovate campaigns throughout the JCDecaux Group. Every month, JCDecaux employees vote for the best Innovate campaign internally. The campaign from JCDecaux Spain for The Great Gatsby was voted best Innovate campaign of the month of May 2013. To promote the release of the highly anticipated Great Gatsby movie, JCDecaux Spain recreated the movie’s atmosphere in Madrid Callao underground station. The station was redecorated and dressed-up actors were acting like the main characters in the movie.
