PISA

PISA, short for Point d’Information et Services Animé (or Animated Information and Services Panel). JCDecaux launches the first scrolling billboard system in 1976, making it possible to display several advertising campaigns at the same time. The panel also included a range of services: a clock, a city map and local information.
