In 2005, Lyon was equipped with 2,000 new generation bicycles that are even safer and more reliable than before. Since September 2006, Lyon has been equipped with 3,000 bicycles and 250 racks. Brussels, Marseille, Aix en Provence, Mulhouse, Besançon, Paris, Sevilla, Rouen, Amiens, Luxembourg and Nantes have joined the list of the cities equipped with self-service bicycles. Since October 2005, Cyclocity® has been awarded 9 times. In 2010, Cities of Toyama (Japan) and Brisbane (Australia) will be equipped with self-service bicycles.
