Corporate Governance

In the interests of its shareholders, the JCDecaux Group is keen to follow the principles of corporate governance. In 2000, the Group changed its status into that of a public limited corporation governed by an Executive Board and a Supervisory Board. The latter is assisted in its work by two committees: the Audit Committee, chaired by Xavier de Sarrau; and the Remuneration and Appointments Committee, chaired by Pierre Mutz.
