Thierry Raulin (44) has a degree as an electronics engineer awarded by the ESME SUDRIA Paris school of engineering, a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in Human Resources & the Management of Employee and Industrial Relations from the University of Paris Dauphine, and a Master’s Degree from INSEAD Carrefour.

Thierry Raulin began his career in 1986 as Group Training Officer of SAT (Sagem Group). In 1990, he was appointed Human Resources Officer in the distribution centre of NMPP (Nouvelles Messageries de la Presse Parisienne) in Saint-Denis.

He joined the Carrefour Group in 1993 as the Director of Human Resources of a subsidiary of Les Comptoirs Modernes based first of all in Rennes (CMER) and subsequently in Boulogne-sur-Mer (CMPG). In 2000 he was named Director of Human Resources of Champion France. Since 2005, he served as Operating Officer of the Supermarket Business Unit of Carrefour Turkey based in Istanbul. 
 

He is a member of the France Management Committee.
