JCDecaux currently employs a total of 8,100 people in 48 different countries and has enjoyed strong, regular growth in its headcount since the company was first created. To keep pace with this rapid growth both within and outside France, our Group regularly takes on new recruits. It offers career openings of considerable interest to thousands of potential candidates in all its business activities, and in many different regions.
What is more, the Human Resources Department does its utmost to provide channels for further career development (technical, managerial, geographical, etc.) enabling our employees to grow both personally and professionally in contact with our customers and at the service of our company.
 
An ambitious training policy developed by the Training Division
To give every possible support to the Group’s employees, the Training Division organizes courses every year in all areas related to the company’s activities: management, operations, technology, safety, foreign languages, communications, marketing, sales, office automation, etc.
When it invented the street furniture concept, JCDecaux also invented a number of specific professional activities for which we provide exclusive training in our Training Centre in Plaisir, west of Paris. Created in 1988, this training centre sets out to share our corporate culture and perfect the skills of all our employees. Every year, almost 1,200 employees complete more than 24,000 hours of training.
Today, the JCDecaux Group employs people specializing in more than 100 different, complementary professional areas at the service of our customers. This is why, in 2004, JCDecaux created the first sales training school in the outdoor advertising industry: the JCDecaux Media Academy.
