JCDecaux Media Academy
In 2004, JCDecaux created the first sales training school in the outdoor advertising industry. The “JCDecaux Media Academy” offers sales personnel working for JCDecaux in France a training course focused on strategy and media expertise, outdoor advertising and promotion of the Group’s different brands (JCDecaux, Avenir, JCDecaux Airport and JCDecaux Artvertising).

The JCDecaux Media Academy offers a progressive training programme constantly adapted to changing needs. The course is divided into two 2–3 day sessions per year over a period of 4 years. Since its launch in June 2004, 250 employees, chiefly junior and experienced sales representatives, customer account managers, major account managers and regional managers, have attended the initial training sessions.
By 2008, all the sales personnel working for all the Group’s different brands in France will have completed the entire training course offered by the JCDecaux Media Academy.
